Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate request information, confirming they have a lawful basis or permissible purpose for each check, providing candidate notices where required, configuring user access appropriately and reviewing completed reports before making employment or onboarding decisions.
Candidate Communications
Digiverifier may contact candidates to collect consent, confirm information, request missing details, support document upload, answer process questions or handle disputes. Candidate communications are intended to support the requested verification workflow and do not replace employer notices required by law.
Intellectual Property
The site, product descriptions, designs, logos, workflows, copy, screenshots and related materials are owned by Digiverifier or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reuse or distribute these materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Limitation of Website Materials
